Why I built Ping of Joy.

We live in a world where it's easier than ever to stay connected — yet somehow, meaningful gestures still slip through the cracks. We mean to say something. We forget. We move on.

Ping of Joy was born from a simple belief: that a small, thoughtful act — a coffee treat, a kind note, a surprise voucher — can genuinely change someone's day. Not because it's expensive. But because it's intentional.

We built this platform to make it effortless for anyone to show up for the people they care about, support local businesses they believe in, and spread joy — one Ping at a time.

How Does It Work?

A simple, orderly process — from onboarding to settlement.

Partner Review & Onboarding

Submit your details through our Partner Form. We review product suitability, gifting friendliness, and brand alignment. Once approved, we'll send a welcome email and a simple Merchant's Agreement.

We List Your Gift Options

We create digital gift options (e.g. RM50 F&B voucher, RM100 spa session). Each listing includes: brand intro, redemption instructions, and validity period.

Customers Purchase & Send

Users browse, select, pay online and a link is sent to the recipient via WhatsApp or Email. The recipient receives a digital redemption message.

Redemption

Recipient redeems directly with you using a unique code and validity date. Simple and easy.

Settlement

We track completed purchases, deduct the agreed platform fee, and transfer the balance to you. Transparent. Accountable. Straightforward.

F&B outlets, cafés, spas, wellness centers, activity providers, small retailers, bakeries, and service providers that can offer giftable experiences or products.

2Do I need to offer big discounts?

No. We encourage value-based gifting, not aggressive discounting.

3Is there a joining fee?

Currently, no joining fee. We operate on a performance-based model.

4How does Ping Of Joy make money?

We charge a small platform fee per successful sale.

5How do customers redeem their gift?

Recipients receive a digital message with a unique redemption code and instructions to present at your outlet.

6What if someone tries to reuse a code?

Each gift has a unique code. Once marked redeemed, it cannot be reused.

7Who handles customer complaints?

We handle platform-related issues. You handle product/service quality. We work together professionally.

8When do I get paid?

Payouts are made bi-weekly or monthly depending on sales volume.

9Can I control the offer validity period?

Yes. You set your own offer validity timeline (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 9 months).

10Can I pause my listing?

Yes. Request a temporary pause or edits anytime at no charge.

11What's the benefit of joining early?

Early partners get better visibility, help shape the platform, and build strong positioning as founding brands.

A platform that lets you send meaningful gifts, vouchers, and surprise treats to someone — instantly — to brighten their day.

2How does it work?

Browse a gift, select it, choose who to send it to via WhatsApp or email, complete payment, and we deliver your surprise instantly.

3Can I send a gift anonymously?

Yes! You can choose to send anonymously. However, we recommend including your name/contact in case the recipient wants to verify.

4When will the recipient receive it?

Immediately after the purchase — designed for random, instant gifting.

5Do I need the recipient's address?

No physical address needed. Just their WhatsApp number or email address.

6What kind of gifts can I send?

Food treats, café vouchers, wellness sessions, small experiences, and curated surprise gifts from partner merchants.

7Can I send to another state?

Yes — as long as the selected gift is valid in their location.

8Do I pay upfront?

Yes. Payment is made upfront. The recipient can redeem the gift later within the validity period.

9How long is the gift valid?

Each gift has its own validity period. Always check the expiry date before purchasing.

10Can I get a refund?

All purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. Check details carefully before confirming payment.

11Is Ping Of Joy safe?

Yes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, and we only use the recipient's contact for gift delivery.

12Why use Ping Of Joy instead of sending cash?

Because Ping Of Joy creates a moment. It turns money into a meaningful experience — not just a transfer. You also help small businesses thrive.
